I've read everything in your FAQ, and still can't find an answer to my
question.
1. No! All of the incense that we sell is all-natural, and is
made by Nippon Kodo according to the ancient tradition of Waza or Japanese
Craftsmanship. Nippon Kodo does NOT dip their incense but make it by combining
various natural ingridients to create a palette of beautiful scents. For more
info, please see the About Koh page.
2. We accept all major credit cards, and e-check through
Paypal. If you wish to pay by Money Order or Western Union then please contact
our customer service on the Contact
Us page.
3. Your items will be shipped out within four to six days, and
you will be sent tracking information by email. If you need express shipping
please email us and we can arrange it, all items are insured prior to shipment.
Please note, any purchase of $50 or more qualifies for free shipping. This is a
limited time offer, take advantage of it!
4. Shipping costs range from two to ten dollars, depending on
the amount of items purchased.
5. We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail to ensure optimal
delivery time.
6. You will have to notify us and we'll investigate for you,
and we will provide a solution to you, whenever necessary. Whatever it is, you
have paid us and we'll ensure you receive your order, by any necessary means.
7. We will offer a replacement, all items are insured before
shipping.
8. We rarely have such problems, however for your protection,
each item is provided with a 30 day return policy if you are not satisfied.
9. Yes, we do. You need to buy at least 15 items to get access
to wholesale prices. For a wholesale price list, please contact us through the
Contact Us page.
10. Yes, we do provide Drop shipping. To inquire about the
prices, please fill out the form on the
Contact Us page.
11. Although returns are quite rare, we provide return
authorization numbers if you notify us within 30 days of product delivery,
please submit your request through the
Contact Us page to receive a return authorization number.
12. You can order using our PayPal shopping cart and secure
checkout. You do NOT need to be a member of PayPal to use it. And we can
facilitate orders of any size with prior knowledge.
13. It's pretty simple, just go to the

you within 12 hours.
